the social event to Karim (a pension man from Indonesian State Railway)

In October 14, 2006, IRPS Semarang members has done a social event to Karim’s house at Kranggan, Temanggung area. Karim is a pension man from Indonesian State Railway, who stays in ex Kranggan station. He was 80 years old and he still has ability for telling about the existence of Secang-Parakan railway line. To appreciate of his kindness, Karim has got a Hari Raya souvenir from IRPS Semarang members. This souvenir was given to Karim by Nugroho Wahyu Utomo and was seen by IRPS Semarang members: Deddy Herlambang, dr Rosyid, Yos Santo, Wahid dan Wahyu Aji. This occasion was done in order for celebrating 61 years of Indonesian Railway’s birthday. Karim told the BB300 locomotive have ever come to this station before being closed in 1972. Now, Kranggan station is on Yogyakarta operational area
