The roadshows had been held in six major railway stations in Java:
July 10-12: Gambir, Jakarta
July 17-19: Cirebon
July 24-26: Semarang Tawang
July 31-August 2: Surabaya Gubeng
August 7-9: Yogyakarta
August 14-16: Bandung

There were at least 27 IRPS members who participated in the event. Actually CC200 15 had been cleaned a day before due to a visit from Commercial Director of Indonesian State Railway company (PT Kereta Api/PT KA) Sulistyo W. Therefore, the team only wiped remaining dust and oil on the body. Chief of Operation Region III of PT KA Purnomo Radiq appreciated what the team had done. The team also handed over a photo of Djoko Kendil special trainset (by courtesy of Ian Antono of Eastern Exploitation Area) to staff of the locomotive depot.

The purpose of this event was to show our concern to the “founding father” of IRPS. Although it was only a small event, it gave great meaning because the employees of PT KA who cared about CC200 15 as a historical railway asset needed our support by any means.

CC201 25 was also sent to BY Pengok to be maintained due to its low tractive effort. The staff of PT KA who would deliver the special trainset were Ukardi, a senior engineer and an instructor of Cirebon locomotive depot, and Jojo. At 05:30 AM CC201 25′s engine was started, and 20 minutes later the trainset got out of the depot to platform 6 of Cirebon Station. At 06:15 AM, the starting signal of platform 6 showed green aspect, then the trainset gradually sped up eastward. It was the final run for CC200 08.

 The journey felt so slow for the trainset finally reached Lempuyangan Station in Yogyakarta at 03:20 PM. Three members of Yogyakarta branch of IRPS, i.e Fajar, Ugik, and another person, had been waiting. They went aboard the trainset and it continued its journey to BY Pengok. In the workshop, CC200 08 finally was decoupled from CC201 25.
